Step 1 – Unicorn Horn

The main distinguishing feature of a unicorn cake is the horn. In order to get the perfect length of the unicorn, insert the wooden skewer in the cake dummy and adjust the height accordingly. Cut and roll out a caramel fondant. Now cover the caramel rope around the skewer till you reach the end of the skewer. Paint the caramel rope with the gold edible paint and let it dry. Step 2 – Make the Ears
